Arabic is the official language. French is widely spoken in business and administration. English is growing in tourist areas.

Street food from $1–2, casual dining $5–10. In late June in Tunisia, go for light summer food like brik, couscous, and quick sandwiches.

Late June: 30–35°C (86–95°F), extremely sunny with zero rain. Moderate humidity (~50-60%) on the coast. Pack highly breathable clothing and sunscreen.

It’s recommended that you purchase your own bottled water. Bottled water is cheap and widely available.

Hammamet's beaches are steps away from the hotel. The Mediterranean is calm and warm in late June. Take advantage of free time between rounds.
